Location Notes
Our office is located on West University Drive in Rochester, on the south side of the street and a short distance from downtown. Parking is available near the building entrance.
You can also send a non-urgent question or request through the contact form. Please do not include medical emergencies or highly sensitive information in the form. Questions that need same day attention should be handled by phone or emergency services when appropriate.
